We're looking for skilled Machinists to become part of our Sabetha, KS team. This role is responsible for performing machining through the use of automated, semi-automated, and manual machine tools. Producing and repairing precision metal parts, supporting manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Two shifts available: + 1st shift 6:00am to 4:30pm + 2nd shift 4:30pm to 5:00am Work You'll Do: + Manually set up and adjust machine tools or load instructions into CNC systems to ensure proper functioning + Conduct quality control activities, including inspection and measurement of finished product + Conduct general and preventative machine maintenance + Follow established procedures, standards, and safety guidelines to meet production goals Basic Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + Basic understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes + Comfortable with standing, kneeling, bending, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Preferred Qualifications: + Ability to work in a team environment + Willingness to learn new skills and procedures ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
