**Job Title: Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled machinist who can seamlessly integrate into our team and immediately contribute to our operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate two CNC machines (one milling and one lathe) and two manual lathes.
+ Manufacture parts for custom conveyor systems.
+ Perform full setups and change tooling as needed.
+ Engage in conversational programming, differing from standard g-code.
+ Complete projects with durations ranging from 1 to 5 days.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years of CNC experience.
+ Proficiency in full machine setups.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Competence with micrometers and calipers.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience in changeover processes.
+ Conversational programming skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Fagar controls is advantageous.

**Work Environment**
The machinist will work entirely in the shop, where we manufacture and assemble all components of our final products. As the sole true machinist, you will have the autonomy to implement your processes as long as the work is completed efficiently. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Oxford, Massachusetts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00/yr.
