**Job Title: CNC Machinist - Openings on 2nd and 3rd Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team for both 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves setting up and operating advanced CNC machinery to manufacture components with precision and high aesthetic standards. You'll work with various equipment, ensuring efficient operations on projects demanding close tolerances.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up machines using edge finders and indicators.
+ Qualify first piece production through inspections.
+ Operate and fine-tune machines for accurate operations.
+ Work with equipment such as 3 Axis/Fadal, Okuma, Makino, and Mazak Mills.
+ Utilize 5 Axis/Hurco and Mikron equipment.
+ Operate controllers including Heidenhein, Fanuc, Okuma, Hurco, Makino Pro 5 & Pro 6, and Fadal.
+ Perform machining with manual and CNC machines.
+ Collect and enter data from blueprints, plans, and work orders.
+ Set up CNC equipment with correct attachments and parts.
+ Monitor and operate multiple machines simultaneously.
+ Troubleshoot machine programming issues.
+ Collaborate with engineers, management, and team members.
+ Inspect and maintain equipment, including PMP duties.
+ Follow safety procedures and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of Mastercam and CAD/CAM software.
+ Experience in 3 and 5 axis CNC machining.
+ Ability to read blueprints and set up machines.
+ Understanding of GD&T and G&M Codes.
+ Familiarity with ISO9001 standards.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma is required.
+ 3-10 years of CNC machining experience.
+ Trade School completion is a plus.
+ Aerospace and Defense experience is beneficial.
+ Familiarity with CMM equipment and calipers, micrometers, depth mics, and gage pins.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $58240.00/yr.
