Job Description

We specialize in CNC machining, focusing on milling, turning, and grinding. Our expertise extends to working with materials such as Aluminum, Titanium, and Inconel. With sizing capabilities up to 100 inches for milling and 78 inches for turning, our facility houses over 100 CNC machines, including Okuma, DMG, OKK, and Toshiba.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines (milling, lathe, or multi-axis) to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.Program and edit CNC machine code as required, using G-code and CAD/CAM software.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal operation.Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications.Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Essential Skills3+ years of CNC experienceProficiency in blueprint readingBasic inspection experienceShop math skillsExperience with Fanuc controlAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with machining, tooling, and machine shop operationsFamiliarity with various machine tools such as mills, lathes, and vertical millsAbility to read and interpret G&M codes and GD&TKnowledge of Siemens control, Okuma, and Toshiba machinesTroubleshooting abilities and understanding of tolerances

Work Environment2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30PM - 12:00AM). Flexibility on hours is available, with mandatory work on Saturdays.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
