Position Summary: As a Manual Machinist or Wire EDM Operator, you will be responsible for producing precision parts using manual machines or wire EDM equipment. You’ll work closely with our engineering and quality teams to ensure all components meet strict aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities: + Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, or wire EDM machines. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications. + Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools. + Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes required for aerospace components. + Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience as a manual machinist or wire EDM operator (aerospace experience preferred). + Strong understanding of machining principles and materials used in aerospace manufacturing. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + High attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards is a plus.
