**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machinist who is proficient in reading and interpreting machining blueprints, setting up and operating CNC machinery, and utilizing calipers and micrometers to measure components accurately. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret machining blueprints to ensure precision in the fabrication process. + Set up and operate CNC machinery efficiently to produce high-quality components. + Utilize calipers and micrometers for precise measurement of components. + Operate various machines such as burn tables and plasma tables. + Participate in metal fabrication processes, including working with sheet, plate, structural, and pipe metals. + Assist in the production of products such as fire escapes, platforms, conveyors, hand and guard rails, ladders, bar joists, and beams. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading and interpreting machining blueprints. + Ability to set up and operate CNC machinery. + Skill in using calipers and micrometers for measurement. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machining metal is preferred. + Knowledge of operating burn tables and plasma tables. + Familiarity with metal fabrication processes. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned shop that offers significant room for growth and development.
