**Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mills) - 1st shift | Louisville, OH** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with over 4 years of experience in milling operations. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity for overtime. You will work the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in Louisville, OH. **Responsibilities** + Operate, set up, program, and edit CNC machines in a job shop environment with milling machines. + Utilize Fanuc and MasterCam software to complete jobs efficiently. + Apply G&M Code for programming tasks. + Read blueprints and use calipers and micrometers to ensure precise tolerancing. + Machine materials including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon, and zinc, focusing on very thin tubing. + Perform daily machine setups, tool changes, and basic upkeep. + Create parts for machines and maintain quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Diploma or GED. + At least 4 years of machining experience with mills and manuals. + Proficiency in machine setups and understanding the start-to-finish machining process. + Ability to perform basic machine program edits. + Knowledge of G&M code and controls like Fanuc. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with lathes. + MasterCAM experience. + Machining certifications or relevant schooling. **Why Work Here?** Join a third-generation family company with a safe, clean, and climate-controlled work environment.
