**Job Title: Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled machinist responsible for setting up and operating up to three CNC Mills at a time. The role involves working with Seiki machines and Smart CNC Machines using Funuc and Mitsubishi controls. You will perform quality checks, set up machines to hold precise tolerances, work with various metals, and handle offsets and tool changes. You will also make necessary adjustments to G&M codes and enter production numbers into computer systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate up to three CNC Mills simultaneously.
+ Work with Seiki and Smart CNC Machines using Funuc and Mitsubishi controls.
+ Perform quality checks using calipers and micrometers.
+ Set up machines to maintain tolerances of +/- 0.5.
+ Work with materials such as titanium, bronze, copper, and steel alloys.
+ Deburr parts as needed.
+ Perform offsets and tool changes.
+ Adjust G&M codes as required.
+ Enter production numbers into computer systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years experience setting up and operating CNC Mills.
+ Proficiency in performing tool changes and offsets.
+ 2+ years experience in quality checks with micrometers and calipers.
+ Ability to accurately enter data and navigate computer systems.
+ 2+ years experience interpreting blueprints for machine setup.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1 year experience with GD&T is a plus.
+ 1 year experience in CAD programming is a plus.
+ 1 year experience with twin spindles is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
