Responsibilities:

Set up/start up injection molding machines Adjust temps, pressures, clamp force Troubleshoot defects (flash, sinks, warpage, short shots) Perform mold changes and basic maintenance Maintain quality and safety standardsRequirements: Previous 3rd shift experience highly preferred Injection molding machine knowledge highly preferred Strong attention to detail
Molding Machine Operator (Ball Molding)
Responsibilities: Load trays into jig loaders Remove matrixes and molded cased cores Use equipment to remove molded cores Spray molds every 4 hours Die out and grind matrixes Meet production goalsRequirements: Previous 3rd shift experience Ability to do repetitive manual tasks Comfortable with molding equipmentWhy Work with Manpower at Acushnet?
