Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machinery Technician to join our team. This position focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment within our plant, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs. You will be working on a variety of equipment, including robotic welders, lasers, sewing machines, air bag testers, rivet guns, presses, brake presses, and powder coaters. Additionally, you will follow a specific preventive maintenance schedule.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.Maintain and repair robotic welders, lasers, sewing machines, air bag testers, rivet guns, presses, brake presses, and powder coaters.Perform preventive maintenance according to a set schedule.Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in equipment/machinery maintenance.Electrical troubleshooting up to 480 V-motors and drives.Experience with preventative maintenance.Proficiency in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Robotic welding and PLC troubleshooting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
