Machinery & Equipment Valuation & Advisory Research Assistant - Part-TimeThe Machinery & Equipment practice is a specialty group within Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory organization. This specialty group serves a variety of corporate clients, attorneys, and CPAs with valuation needs pertaining to U.S. GAAP, IFRS and compliance with federal, state, and local taxation laws. Our engagements span the globe and cut across all property types, including, but not limited to, agriculture, energy, food & beverage, industrial, infrastructure, hospitality, manufacturing, paper, port/transload, and recreation.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Machinery & Equipment Research Assistant will be responsible for researching the data specific to the creation of the “front-end” of an appraisal report. This will include data gathering and pulling information from databases to analyze the data. The research assistant will also prepare written reports, ensure data accuracy, and support a specific group of appraisers in assisting them with the assignments they are assigned.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
