Job Description
The Machine Tool Electrician plays a pivotal role in electrical panel building and fine wiring. This position requires the ability to drill and tap, fitting components into enclosures crafted by mechanical builders, and performing soldering tasks. The role involves working with voltages ranging from 24v to 480v, depending on the build. Electrical assembly tasks include running conduit, tool cords, pulling cables, working with robotic systems, and handling ethernet cabling.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and wire electrical panels with precision.Drill, tap, and fit components into enclosures.Perform soldering for electrical connections.Work with voltages ranging from 24v to 480v.Conduct electrical assembly tasks such as running conduit, pulling cables, and tool cords.Handle robotic systems and ethernet cabling.Essential SkillsMachine tooling experience (5 years required).Proficiency in soldering (5 years required).Ability to fabricate, weld, and use hand tools.Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.Knowledge of machine assembly and troubleshooting.Skill in installing and repairing control panels and wiring schematics.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have personal set of tools.Experience with robotic systems and ethernet cabling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a small manufacturing environment with only six employees, offering plenty of working space and personal work benches. Standard shift is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential Saturday shifts from 6:00 am to 11:00 am. Take advantage of scheduled breaks, including a 15-minute break at 8:30 am and a lunch break from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
