Hiring Industrial Machine Set‑Up Technicians

You’ll install, set up, and optimize industrial molding equipment that keeps high‑precision manufacturing running smoothly. Location: Aurora, COPay: $25.00–$32.00/hr (DOE)

Night Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr

B Shift: 5:50 AM–6:00 PM (Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday)C Shift: 5:50 AM–6:00 PM (Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday)D Shift: 5:50 PM–6:00 AM (Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday)

Job Description:Set up, launch, and safely shut down injection molding machines following established proceduresPerform mold changes, make tooling adjustments, and complete full machine setups to support production demandsDiagnose and resolve molding issues including flash, short shots, burns, and dimensional variationsFine‑tune process parameters on the fly to maintain consistent quality, efficiency, and throughputUse precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to confirm part accuracy and adherence to specificationsCollaborate with Production and Quality teams to troubleshoot defects and drive process improvementsRecord machine settings, adjustments, and production notes with clear and accurate documentationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing scrap, improving cycle times, and boosting overall performanceKeep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standardsSkills/Qualifications:Experience in injection molding or industrial machine setup (preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose equipment or process issuesProficiency with precision measurement toolsAbility to read and follow work instructions, schedules, and quality documentationSolid understanding of manufacturing safety practicesStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhy You’ll Love This Role:Hands‑on technical work with real opportunities to grow your skill setStable, long‑term environment with low turnover and a supportive team cultureA company that values precision, problem‑solving, and continuous improvementJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
