Job Title: Machine Technician
Job Description

The Machine Technician is responsible for operating CNC machines and supporting the Production Team by producing various parts and fixtures that must meet the dimensional specifications of provided blueprints. This role involves properly interacting with robotic cells and communicating any faults to the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Teams. While primarily focused on machine setup and operation, the position also includes preventive and routine maintenance of machines.

ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines to produce parts and fixtures according to blueprints.Interact with robotic cells, including Robotic Welders, Laser Cells, and General Automation Machines.Communicate any faults to Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Teams.Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machines.Troubleshoot, repair, and fabricate as needed.Engage in programming tasks as required.Essential Skills2 years of experience operating Robotic Welders, Laser Cells, or General Automation Machines.Proficiency in reading blueprints and using a micrometer and caliper.Experience in automation, machine operation, robotic welding, and laser welding.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in troubleshooting and repair.Fabrication and programming skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment offers flexible start times for the first shift, typically around 5-6am, with 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday for the second shift (3:30pm to 2:00am). While overtime is not mandatory, Fridays usually involve 4-5 hours of mandatory OT. Employees have the option to work additional hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A brand new facility is anticipated this year, enhancing the work environment significantly.

This is a Permanent position based out of Beloit, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

As we are a Hendrick company, we have great benefits, costs are lower, and only a $500 deductible for insurance. We also pay weekly.
The Tuition is $5000 per year with passing grades.
