**Job Title: Machine Technician**
**Job Description**
The PMO Operator is tasked with operating CNC machines and aiding the Production Team by manufacturing a variety of parts and fixtures that meet the precise specifications outlined in blueprints. This role involves interaction with robotic cells and requires clear communication of any faults to the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Teams. Primarily, this position focuses on Set Up Machine Operations for Robotic Welders, Laser Cells, and General Automation Machines, alongside performing preventive and routine maintenance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and program automated machines, dedicating 90% of the time to this activity.
+ Set up tooling, load programs, and configure machine parameters to ensure optimal equipment performance and prepare parts for production, which constitutes 5% of the time.
+ Perform minimal preventive maintenance and minor repairs, including parts replacement, comprising 5% of the time.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in robotics and automation.
+ Experience in machine operation and setup, specifically robotic welding and laser technology.
+ A minimum of 2 years' experience in operating Robotic Welders, Laser Cells, or General Automation Machines.
+ Troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
+ Skills in fabrication, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
+ Knowledge of press brake and punch press operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associate degree or technical certification in Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

**Work Environment**
The position offers flexible start times, typically between 5-6am, with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am, without overtime. Employees can opt to work 45s, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Fridays usually require 4-5 hours of mandatory overtime. A new facility is expected to open this year.

This is a Permanent position based out of Beloit, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

As we are a Hendrick company, we have great benefits, costs are lower, and only a $500 deductible for insurance. We also pay weekly.
The Tuition is $5000 per year with passing grades.
