**Job Title: Machine Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician with experience in CNC machine operations, programming, and machine setup. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with Hurco and similar brands, particularly in handling 5-axis lathes, mills, grinders, and Accutemp EDM machines. **Responsibilities** + Operate and program CNC machines, including 5-axis lathes, mills, and grinders. + Set up machines for various tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency. + Adjust and tweak programming to optimize machine performance. + Work with Accutemp EDM machines to produce high-quality components. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC programming and operation. + Experience with mills, lathes, and machine setup. + Familiarity with EDM machines and grinders. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Hurco and similar brands is highly beneficial. + Ideally, 3+ years of relevant experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering full benefits including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, and two weeks of paid time off. Work in a small CNC machine shop specializing in specialty tooling, robotic parts, and fixture building. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
