Job Title: Machine Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Technician to join our team for a weekend shift or 2nd shift.

ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate personal safety and help maintain a safe work environment for yourself and fellow team members.Follow all company safety rules and guidelines.Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignments.Perform mechanical adjustments on the machine.Produce the required amount of product within established specifications and tolerances.Measure finished products with precision tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain daily documentation and logs of units produced, including records of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.Notify the supervisor of production completion and prepare the machine for the next production run.Identify components described in the production order and return and label any remaining components upon completion.Keep the warehouse and facility clean, organized, and efficiently maintained.Coordinate and communicate with production teams across all shifts about the daily production plan.Essential SkillsTroubleshootingMechanical skillsProduction and repair knowledgeMaintenance technician skillsAbility to perform machine setup and changeoversAbility to run machineryKnowledge of basic machinery repairsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Graduate or EquivalentExperience in manufacturing or a related field is preferredBasic mathematics, writing, and reading skillsStrong work ethicGood organizational skills and attention to detailGood interpersonal and teamwork skillsFlexibility in work assignmentsAbility to check the quality of products

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bordentown, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.
