**Job Title: Machine Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Technician to join our team for a weekend shift or 2nd shift. **Responsibilities** + Demonstrate personal safety and help maintain a safe work environment for yourself and fellow team members. + Follow all company safety rules and guidelines. + Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignments. + Perform mechanical adjustments on the machine. + Produce the required amount of product within established specifications and tolerances. + Measure finished products with precision tools to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Maintain daily documentation and logs of units produced, including records of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. + Notify the supervisor of production completion and prepare the machine for the next production run. + Identify components described in the production order and return and label any remaining components upon completion. + Keep the warehouse and facility clean, organized, and efficiently maintained. + Coordinate and communicate with production teams across all shifts about the daily production plan. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Mechanical skills + Production and repair knowledge + Maintenance technician skills + Ability to perform machine setup and changeovers + Ability to run machinery + Knowledge of basic machinery repairs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Graduate or Equivalent + Experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred + Basic mathematics, writing, and reading skills + Strong work ethic + Good organizational skills and attention to detail + Good interpersonal and teamwork skills + Flexibility in work assignments + Ability to check the quality of products **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Bordentown, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.
