Machine Operator

ResponsibilitiesMonitor and explain deviations from expected Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Perform necessary Operator Checklists and data collection of quality measurements.Correct deviations from quality standards to ensure product specifications are met.Perform maintenance tasks and troubleshoot machine and process issues.Maintain accurate production reporting documentation.Perform scheduled production equipment changeovers with minimal impact on OEE.Manage preventative maintenance tasks using Computerized Maintenance Management Software.Ensure equipment cleanliness and showroom condition post-maintenance.Tag components or parts for repair, replacement, or improvement.Ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment after changeovers.Essential SkillsMachine operation and inspection.Preventative and corrective maintenance.Quality inspection and control.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.Machine setup and adjustments.Ability to use hand and power tools.Forklift and blow mold machine operation.To Apply: Apply directly or reach out to 847 273 7934!Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
