ISCO Industries is an end-to-end piping solutions provider that specializes in HDPE, working with leading edge technology that makes us a market leader.\nThe Shift Supervisor will oversee production functions on the fabrication floor, including day-to-day supervision of employee functions.\n\nJob duties include:\n•\tDay-to-day supervision, engagement and development of department employees (developing relationships, coaching, training, etc.)\n•\tModel a “Lead by Example” approach by exhibiting excellent work ethic and efficiency strategies, while working side by side with direct report in the fabrication area\n•\tReview, monitor and follow-up on area results. This includes managing department costs to remain within budget guidelines\n•\tMaintain customer relations by ensuring product quality specifications are met\n•\tProcess optimization\n•\tManage and ensure compliance and improvement in safety\n•\tPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary

Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications\n•\tAssociate’s in business or equivalent\n•\tFabrication or a similar function: 3 years’ experience\n•\tSupervision/Lead: 2 years’ experience\n•\tDemonstrated leadership, coaching and team building skills\n•\tMust have the capability to function effectively as a member of a highly motivated management team\n•\tMust possess the ability to communicate effectively\n•\tWorking knowledge of fabrication blueprints\n•\tBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)\n•\tBasic Mathematical Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
