**Job Title: Inspector** **Job Description** As an Inspector, you will be responsible for executing quality processes and procedures to perform Receiving, In-Process, and Final inspections. You will ensure that all components and assemblies meet quality standards for final acceptance. **Responsibilities** + Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently. + Perform AS9102 first article inspection and other extensive inspections as per specifications. + Document all inspections in accordance with established procedures and processes. + Develop and review inspection plans to maintain quality standards. + Ensure quality standards are met for all components and assemblies. + Maintain parts history folders, inspection reports, and prints/drawings. + Calibrate and document hand tools and other inspection equipment. + Perform visual inspections and hardness and electrical conductivity testing. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in blueprint reading, especially in aerospace inspection. + Experience in Mechanical/Quality Inspection. + Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint, calipers, GD&T, and micrometer usage. + 3-5 years of aerospace inspection experience. + Experience with AS9102 Inspection standards. + Experience inspecting tubular/cylindrical components. + Ability to use manual and digital calipers & micrometers. + Ability to measure tolerances to the tenths with precision. + Understanding of GD&T symbols. + Good computer skills for documenting work in the ERP system. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + CMM experience is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** The company offers great tenure and long-term growth opportunities.
