Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)Set up, adjust, and operate assigned production machineryRead and follow job orders, measurements, and specificationsPerform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustmentsInspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistencyLoad materials and ensure proper machine operationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsMachine Setup/Operator Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)Previous machine setup or mechanical experience preferredAbility to read measurements and use basic hand toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityReliable attendance and ability to work independentlyAbility to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
