Job Title: Set Up Operator | $18-20 HR

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Set Up Operator to join our team. The role involves setting up and operating various stamping machines, ensuring the quality of parts produced, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate numerous stamping machines within the department.Maintain quality on all parts produced by machines.Follow drawings and prints based on customer specifications.Troubleshoot any issues or defects on the machines.Multitask and operate multiple machines efficiently.Lift products when necessary.

Essential Skills

1+ years of prior experience operating machinery.Ability to follow directions and retain information.Accountability for a high level of performance.Attention to detail.Efficient work style and ability to multitask.Clear, effective, and professional communication on all levels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Machine operation, threading, inspection machine, mechanical skills.Blueprint reading and troubleshooting.Experience with press brake and mechanical inclination.Experience with machine setup.
