This role is essential for maintaining our high-quality standards through periodic package and case integrity tests, and ensuring proper setup and changeovers of equipment and supplies. **Responsibilities** + Monitor and operate packaging, capping, and casing equipment. + Perform periodic package and case integrity tests to uphold quality standards. + Set up and changeover equipment and supplies as needed. + Perform rework and sanitation duties. + Operate the automated system efficiently. + Troubleshoot problems using computer touch screen interfaces. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, packaging, or warehouse operations. + Ability to read and comprehend English work instructions. + Attention to detail in all tasks. + Capable of working a 12-hour shift while standing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor, assembly, packing, and labelling. + Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Our employees are highly valued, and as a reward, a $1000 bonus is provided for every month of employment until the plant shutdown in July 2026.
