Job Description

Join our dynamic team and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will have the opportunity to work with precision equipment and contribute to the production of high-quality products. This role involves working night or day shifts as assigned, and requires a keen ability to perform basic math and understand complex instructions.

ResponsibilitiesWork with precision equipment to ensure the production of quality products.Identify and resolve problems by defining issues and root causes.Conduct periodic checks on machines to maintain quality standards.Lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long hours while following instructions with precision.Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Essential SkillsExperience in production and machine operation.General labor skills.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson City, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
