Machine Operator - Weekly Pay
**Machine Operator – Weekly Pay – Start ASAP** **Location:** Omaha, NE **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines in a fast-paced production environment and a strong understanding of machining processes and safety protocols. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. + Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. + Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. + Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures at all times. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating CNC machinery. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Basic math and computer skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with multi-axis CNC machines. + Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming. + Knowledge of tooling and fixture setup. **Benefits:** + Competitive pay + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Paid time off and holidays + Retirement plan options + Opportunities for advancement and training **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
