**Job Title: Machine Operator - Weekly Pay!** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and preparing products. This role involves operating power machines, applying coatings, and ensuring products are ready for shipment. Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are required, with jeans and long sleeves recommended due to fiberglass exposure. Shift hours vary for assembly, pultrusion, and shipping operations, with overtime opportunities available. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATFIELD, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
