**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for operating production and test equipment, ensuring product quality through tests and measurements, and maintaining accurate production and equipment operation records. You will also interface with quality assurance, assist in material handling, and ensure compliance with safety policies. **Responsibilities** + Operate production and test equipment efficiently. + Monitor production area and recommend improvements as needed. + Comply with company and area safety policies and practices. + Maintain accurate production records and equipment operation records. + Perform tests and measurements on parts to ensure product quality. + Interface with quality assurance to ensure product quality. + Assist in picking, transporting, and exchanging materials, supplies, and parts. + Inspect production equipment daily. + Support active participation in corporate values and comply with Management Systems. + Handle hazardous materials and samples with care. + Ensure safe transport of hazardous materials and gas cylinders. + Operate basic hand and power tools. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and production line activities. + Familiarity with injection molding, stamping, and assembly processes. + Skills in troubleshooting and quality control. + Ability to use computers and touch screen devices. + Understanding of the metric system. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production or equivalent combination of skills. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive health benefits starting the first month after hire, with options for medical, dental, vision, and alternative therapies. Experience independence in Stamping/Molding roles and team-focused collaboration in Plating/Assembly activities. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.72/hr.
