Our client in Lancaster is seeking a Shear Brake Machine Operator to join their team! **Job Title: Shear Brake Machine Operator** **Location: Lancaster, PA** **Pay: $20.47/hr + 0.75 shift differential** **Schedule: 1st shift M-Th- 6am-4:30pm & 2nd shift M-TH 430p- 3am** **Temp to hire!** **Job description and requirements:** + **Manufacturing Quality Products:** Operate and set up various machines such as Crimpers, Straighteners, Presses, Press Brakes, Shears, Welders, Roll Mills, and Hot Melt Machines. + **Material Handling:** Perform tasks related to material handling. + **Safety and Cleanliness:** Identify safety hazards, attend safety training, and maintain a clean and organized workplace using the "6S" system (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, & safety). + **Quality Control:** Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. + **Team Collaboration:** Assist main operators and work collaboratively with other team members. **GREAT BENEFITS- while a temporary employee, weekend differential of 11.2%, weekend overtime after 36 hrs, full 8 hrs paid orientation day for a half day, reimburse safety shoes.
