**Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Paint Line Technician to join their team.** The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** and **problem-solving skills** , which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator / Paint Line Technician **Location:** Grand Prairie, TX **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 7am- 3:30pm **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $21.35 per hour **What’s the Job?** + Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. + Perform routine tool changes, machine adjustments, and minor troubleshooting. + Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments. + Assist on the paint line with loading/unloading parts and preparing surfaces. + Perform continuous heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and maintain a clean, organized work area. **What’s Needed?** + Experience in CNC machine operation or similar manufacturing roles. 2 years+ Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. 2 years+ Must be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting (50 lbs or more). + Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. + Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive pay rate. + Work with a well-established manufacturing company. + Potential for long-term and full-time conversion. + Opportunity for skill development across departments (CNC & paint line).
