Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for the operation of industrial machines or CNC machines. The job will consist of loading parts in the machine, performing quality checks and working with techs if tool changes or offsets are needed. Candidates will receive additional training on CNC setup and CNC tool changes. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and advance your career.
ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other industrial machines. Handle materials such as steel tubing and cast iron blocks, ensuring tolerances down to 5 tenths of a thou.Monitor machine to ensure product quality.Perform proofing and quality checks on all parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Essential SkillsPast machine operation or CNC operationAbility to use micrometers, calipers or other quality gaugesExperience reading blueprints, work orders or mechanical drawings is a huge plus. Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with new machines. The facility is well-organized and well-lit, promoting efficiency and comfort during your shifts. Hours are available for the 2nd shift from 2PM-10PM Monday-Friday and the 3rd shift from 10PM-6AM Sunday-Thursday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
