About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Machine Operator to support our medical device production operations in a controlled clean room environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting production equipment used to manufacture critical medical components. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, quality‑focused setting and is committed to maintaining high standards of precision and cleanliness.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a variety of production machines and equipment within a certified clean room environment.Set up machinery at the start of each shift, including calibration, adjustments, and quality checks.Perform routine troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to ensure continuous and efficient operation.Conduct inspections of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with strict medical device quality standards.Follow all clean room and safety protocols, including gowning requirements, contamination‑control procedures, and documentation practices.Maintain accurate production logs and communicate equipment issues to supervisors or technicians.Work collaboratively with production leads and team members to meet daily output goals and maintain workflow efficiency.QualificationsPrevious experience in a clean room, sterile manufacturing, or FDA‑regulated production environment preferred.Hands‑on experience operating and setting up production machinery; mechanical aptitude strongly preferred.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and documentation requirements.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experience ($20–$24/hr).Stable 4‑day workweek—enjoy long weekends every week.Opportunity to work in a growing, innovative medical device manufacturing environment.Weekly pay.Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.Life insurance coverage.401(k) plan.Job Type & Location
