Machine Operator & Material Handler roles
**Our Client in Lititz, PA is seeking experienced Machine Operators & Forklift Operators to join their team!** **Machine Operator $20/hr** 12- hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a **Position Summary** The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to safely manufacture high‑quality plastic packaging products in accordance with Logoplaste standards. This role supports continuous production, quality compliance, and workplace safety in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate injection molding and/or blow molding machines according to standard operating procedures + Start up, monitor, and shut down equipment to ensure efficient production + Perform routine quality checks (visual inspections, measurements, defect identification) + Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and cycle times + Accurately document production data, scrap, and downtime + Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and escalate as needed + Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards + Assist with material changes, mold changes, and line setup as required + Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals **Material Handler $18.50/hr** night shift: 7p-7a **Position Summary** The Material Handler is responsible for the safe movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production operations at the Logoplaste Lititz facility. **Key Responsibilities** + Receive, stage, and transport raw materials to production lines + Supply machines with materials to meet production schedules + Move finished goods to designated storage or shipping areas + Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks + Accurately record inventory movements using manual logs or warehouse systems + Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy + Maintain clean and organized warehouse and production areas + Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines + Communicate material shortages or issues to supervisors If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
