**Job Title: Machine Operator-Libre** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, where you'll play a critical role in the production of innovative medical devices. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment, working 12-hour rotating shifts from 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor electronic hardware assembly machinery. + Utilize computers to manage product reels and make necessary adjustments. + Assemble PCBA into sealed water-resistant pucks and test for functionality. + Switch between SMT and Puck departments as needed, maintaining strong communication skills. + Assemble pucks into adhesive spring delivery systems within a cleanroom environment. + Assemble electromechanical sensors into containers, ensuring sterile barrier protection. + Assist in sterilization processes, including placing parts into trays for robotic kit packing. + Label and package products for shipping, ensuring accuracy and language appropriateness. **Essential Skills** + 2-4 years of recent machine operator experience. + Proficiency in high-volume assembly processes. + Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong communication skills. + Computer literacy for monitoring and adjusting machinery. + Experience in cleanroom environments and following GMP procedures. **Why Work Here?** Be a part of a leading medical device company known for its innovation and growth opportunities.
