Responsibilities:
Machine Operations: Expertly operate, set up, and calibrate CNC machinery, including press brakes, panel benders, and laser cutters.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and real-time troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure peak equipment performance.
Quality & Compliance: Inspect finished products for strict quality standards while adhering to all safety protocols and production logging requirements.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals through continuous improvement and ongoing technical training
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Press Brakes and performing basic programming/editing.
Technical certification or vocational training in machining, metal fabrication, or a related field.
Familiarity with various metal materials (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, high-strength steel) and their properties related to bending.
Experience with advanced bending techniques (e.g., hemming, step bending).
Forklift certification or experience operating overhead cranes for material handling.

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting.

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for measurement and calculation of dimensions and angles.

Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a typical factory setting.
