**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of wiring machines. Your primary role is to ensure that the machines run smoothly. When issues arise, you will be expected to stop the machine, disassemble necessary parts, realign the wire, and resume operations efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Operate wiring machines effectively. + Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues. + Disassemble machine parts when necessary to correct malfunctions. + Ensure wires are properly aligned and set machines back into operation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Proficiency in assembly and inspection processes. + Skillful in using hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mics cals. + Knowledge in CNC operations. + Familiarity with mills and lathes. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering a 401k plan, two weeks of paid vacation after six months, and ten paid holidays each year.
