Then, text Madelyn: 513-229-2034**** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, where you will oversee the injection molding process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. **Responsibilities** + Oversee all aspects of the injection molding process, including set-up, tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow management. + Manage raw molding materials to ensure traceability and prevent contamination. + Set up and adjust injection molding machines ranging from 540 tons to 1100 tons. + Perform basic mold maintenance with care to ensure machines run correctly and prevent costly damage. + Recommend improvements for production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. + Accurately record job transactions. + Perform additional duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in machine operation and production processes. + Experience in operating and maintaining machines, particularly in molding operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive and clean work environment within a new facility.
