**Machine Operator Assistant- $24.30/hour** **🧰 Core Responsibilities** + **Assist in machine setup and calibration** at the start of shifts or product changeovers. + **Feed raw materials** into packaging machines and ensure consistent supply. + **Monitor machine operations** and alert operators to any irregularities. + **Perform basic maintenance tasks** , such as cleaning and lubricating equipment. + **Inspect packaged products** for defects or inconsistencies. + **Organize finished goods** and prepare them for inventory or shipment. + **Document production data** and support quality control efforts. **👷‍♂️ Skills & Qualifications** + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations. + Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced environment. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks. + High school diploma or equivalent often preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
