The position involves working on a swing shift from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays or weekends. **Responsibilities** + Learn to safely and efficiently operate various pieces of converting equipment. + Effectively learn and apply established quality control procedures. + Execute position responsibilities as they pertain to the assigned work center. + Read and follow order specification documents. + Consistently work to develop or enhance your skill set. + Work collaboratively with co-workers to achieve company goals and expectations. + Follow all company rules and policies. + Work successfully in multiple areas of the converting plant and meet performance expectations. **Essential Skills** + Must be able to read and write English. + Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new skills within a standard timeline. + Comfortable around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment. + Able to perform mentally and physically at a high pace with a sense of urgency while maintaining standards of safety, quality, and productivity. + Basic math knowledge and ability to read a tape measure. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work overtime as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be at least 18 years old. + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. + Authorized to work in the U.S. + Passage of a drug screen and physical abilities test is required. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a vibrant work culture that values growth and development.
