Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Position Summary

We are hiring a Machine Operator Assistant to join a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer known for quality and innovation. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Learn to operate converting equipment safely and efficientlyFollow established quality control proceduresInterpret and execute order specifications accuratelyRotate through various work centers as neededCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsMaintain compliance with all company policies and safety standardsSupport multiple areas within the converting plant

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ability to read and write in EnglishMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipmentComfortable working around heavy machinery in a high-speed settingCapable of performing physically demanding tasks with urgencyBasic math skills and ability to read a tape measureAbility to lift up to 75 lbs as neededWillingness to work overtime when required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
