As an Operator and Assembler, you’ll work with cutting‑edge laser equipment, build and inspect components, and help keep production running smoothly in a clean, safe, and collaborative environment.

What You’ll DoBuild, assemble, and inspect components with accuracy and attention to detailOperate laser machines, CNC laser systems, microscopes, and other specialized equipmentFollow established manufacturing processes to ensure every product meets strict quality standardsMaintain clear and accurate production recordsKeep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelinesPrepare finished goods for packaging and shipmentSupport continuous improvement efforts and collaborate across production areas to solve problems and improve workflowWhat You BringExperience in assembly, machine operation, or production workComfort working with hand tools, microscopes, and precision equipmentAbility to follow detailed instructions and meet production deadlinesStrong teamwork, communication, and reliabilityPreferred Skills (Not Required)Laser marking, laser welding, or laser ablation experienceMedical device or cleanroom experienceCNC laser operation

Candidates with laser experience may qualify directly for Operator Level 2, but motivated individuals without it can still start at Level 2 with proper training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
