What You’ll Do
Build, assemble, and inspect precision componentsOperate laser machines and other production equipmentFollow established manufacturing processes and quality standardsMaintain accurate production and inspection recordsKeep your workstation clean, organized, and safeUse hand tools, microscopes, and other inspection equipmentClean and maintain machineryPrepare finished goods for shipmentSupport continuous improvement efforts across production areasCollaborate with team members in a cleanroom and manufacturing environmentWhat You Bring
Experience in assembly, machine operation, or production workComfort working with small parts, tools, and microscopesAbility to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracyStrong focus on quality and consistencyExperience in medical device assembly or cleanroom environments is a plusTop Skills

Experience with laser marking, laser welding, or ablation is a major advantage.
Even without laser experience, you can still start strong—candidates can qualify as a Level 2 Operator on day one with the right aptitude and work ethic.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
