Machine Operator And Assembler
**Job Title: Assembler Operator** X2 openings for **Weekend Shift -6am-6pm - Friday to Sunday - $21.25/hr** - they will work 36 hours and get paid for 36 hours Must train on first or second - for 2-3 weeks then move to weekend shift. - 1st shift is 5am-3:30pm Mon-Thur - 2nd shift is 3:25pm-1:55am Mon-Thur - If someone can do certain hours during day or 2nd shift but no the full hours let’s discuss they should be able to be somewhat flexible Job Description Join our team as a Level 2 Operator in the Hollow Fiber line, where you'll work operating various manual machines. You will load parts, set and run programs, check parts with microscopes, and use measurement tools. The role involves using small hand tools and tweezers for basic component assembly and reading from process sheets. **This position requires standing for 12 hours and wearing safety shoes** at a workstation performing detailed assembly processes. Responsibilities + Operate various manual machines in the Hollow Fiber line. + Load parts, set and run programs, and check parts using microscopes and measurement tools. + Utilize small hand tools and tweezers for basic component assembly. + Read and follow process sheets for assembly instructions. + Stand for 10 hours while performing assembly processes. Essential Skills + Basic reading, writing, and math skills. + Experience reading from process sheets and performing documentation. + Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs. + Mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity. + 6+ months manufacturing experience. Steel toe boots or shoes, along with safety glasses, must be worn throughout the facility. The area is clean, climate-controlled, and organized. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.
