Join a leading electronic automotive manufacturer based in St. Charles, IL, where you will contribute to the production of electronic parts for major automotive brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, and Hyundai. Work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, operating automated machinery to ensure the accurate assembly of components like power window switches and car entertainment consoles. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of machine operating experience and is familiar with electronic assembly. There is 1st shift and 3rd shift available. Responsibilities

Perform routine equipment adjustments based on measurable variables like length and temperature.Load raw materials, complete minor changeovers, and monitor machine operations.Inspect completed parts to maintain job specifications and quality standards.Clean and maintain machines before and after shifts.Maintain activity logs and participate in cross-training activities.Follow specific verbal and written instructions and standard work guidelines.Notify supervisors of any issues or non-conforming products.Implement environmental policies related to work activities.

Essential Skills

2+ years of production, assembly, inspection, or machine operating experience.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).Comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts.Experience in a GMP environment, wearing appropriate attire such as gowns and hairnets.Proven track record of great attendance,Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
