We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to handle compounding extrusion machines used in polymer extrusion. This role involves becoming cross-functional in various areas and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position includes setting up machines, loading and unloading spools of material, and assisting with the packaging of cartridges.
ResponsibilitiesOperate compounding extrusion machines for polymer extrusion.Become cross-functional in different operational areas.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Set up machines by loading and unloading spools of material.Assist packagers with cartridge packaging while machines are operational.Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.Essential SkillsExperience in operating extrusion machines and general machine operation.Ability to operate single screw extrusion machines with minimal direction.1+ year of experience in a machine operation role.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in production and machine operating.Why Work Here?Enjoy health benefits starting on day one upon full-time conversion, along with 3 weeks of PTO and numerous paid holidays. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
