Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, where you will work with plastic parts produced by injection mold machines. This role involves preparing and processing products, ensuring quality and meeting specifications. You will be actively engaged in various tasks that require standing, walking, and bending during production hours.

Responsibilities

Prepare production materials throughout the day.Utilize a variety of tools for repetitive tasks such as cutting, gripping, shaving, and trimming parts.Trim and cut excess plastic to ensure smoothness and specification compliance.Report any defects promptly.Place stickers (labels) on products before stacking and palletizing.Pack products into boxes and maintain inventory records.Keep the work area clean and organized.Work efficiently in all climate conditions throughout the year.Maintain accurate records of daily activities and complete necessary paperwork during shifts.

Essential Skills

Experience in stacking, labeling, extrusion, machine operation, and production.Proficiency in material handling, cutting, trimming, and labeling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Background in general production, machine operation, or manufacturing is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lindsay, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.90 - $17.60/hr.
