Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines . Conduct quality control by inspecting products throughout the production process to maintain high quality and consistency. Identify and report any defects.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate manufacturing machines according to specifications.Monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and output.Inspect products for quality and consistency throughout the production process.Identify, report, and address any defects in the production process.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in manufacturing or assembly environments.Ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs., and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment

This position will be training on first shift, training schedule is M-F 7am-3.30pm, after the training is done the person will move to M-F 3:30pm-12am

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deep River, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
