Job Description
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines . Conduct quality control by inspecting products throughout the production process to maintain high quality and consistency. Identify and report any defects.
Responsibilities

Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in manufacturing or assembly environments.Ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs., and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.Speaking Spanish is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position will be training on first shift, training schedule is M-F 7am-3.30pm, after the training is done the person will move to M-F 3:30pm-12am
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deep River, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
