**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in a leading manufacturer and distributor of plastics that supports the postal, waste, and medical industries. We are looking for dedicated machine operators to run equipment responsible for producing plastic bags and film. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage the machinery used in producing plastic bags and film. + Place plastic film onto mail and produce coloscopy bags. + Operate blowing film equipment efficiently and accurately. + Be responsible for the overall running of the machine. + Learn and perform basic troubleshooting on the machinery, including shutting it off when necessary. + Participate in forklift training, even without prior experience. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation is a must. + Ability to handle production machinery and perform material handling. + Familiarity with hand and power tools. + Basic troubleshooting skills. + Capability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a mechanic or production role is beneficial. + Skills in assembly, quality control, general labor, and packaging are advantageous. + Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a $1500 sign-on bonus, a $500 referral bonus, and reimbursements for safety equipment such as $100 safety reimbursement and $200 for safety glasses.
