We are seeking four General Production Workers for our first, second, and third shifts. These individuals will operate various production equipment, including extrusion machines and slitting machines, to support the manufacturing processes.

ResponsibilitiesOperate various production equipment, primarily extrusion machines and slitting machines.Assist and support production machines and processes.Work within the ERP system to ensure production efficiency and accuracy.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operating within a manufacturing environment.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to set up and operate machines with attention to detail.Safety consciousness and eagerness to learn and train.Reliability and consistent attendance.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be mechanically inclined if lacking machine operating experience.Capability to stand for an entire shift.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work takes place on a clean manufacturing shop floor, with most areas climate and temperature controlled in a dry room/clean room environment. Shifts available are: First Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:20 pm, Second Shift 3:00 pm-11:20 pm with a 10% differential, and Third Shift 11:00 pm-7:20 am with a 15% differential. The dress code requires long pants, plain t-shirts, and no ripped or overly baggy clothing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
