Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Operate production machinery used for mixing, filling, bagging, labeling, or packaging lawn and garden productsSet up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product specificationsPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceTroubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to maintenance or supervisorsEnsure 100% order fulfillment by meeting production schedules and quality requirementsFollow all safety, environmental, and operational proceduresMaintain accurate production records and documentationKeep work areas clean and organized in accordance with company standardsMachine Operator Qualifications:
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience a plusAbility to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructionsMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbsCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
